1.Shipping Regions
- LMJP currently ships within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC).
- At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- We do not currently offer international shipping. You may subscribe to our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
2.Shipping Fees
- We offer free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more (after discounts and before taxes) within eligible regions. Orders that fall below this threshold after discounts will not qualify for free shipping.
- The standard shipping fee is $7.99
3.Delivery Time
- As a brand focused on natural, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly home care and garden solutions, we are committed to ensuring that every order is carefully packaged and delivered safely.
- All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
- Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days within the continental United States.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
4. Important Notes
- Free shipping applies only when the minimum purchase requirement is met in a single transaction after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees, and when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout.
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- LMJP is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to invalid shipping addresses or carrier-related issues.
- If there is any issue with your shipment, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order is placed.
