Return & Exchange Policy


Due to the nature of our home cleaning and garden care products, and to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy. This approach helps us maintain high standards for products made with natural, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly ingredients. However, in certain situations, we may offer a refund or reshipment on a case-by-case basis.

 

1.Eligibility for Refund or Reshipment

We may offer a refund or reshipment under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged during transit
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product shipped)

To be eligible, you must submit your request within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos, a description of the issue, and relevant order information.

We do not accept refund or reshipment requests in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or consumed, and the issue is not related to product quality
  • The issue is caused by improper use, storage, or handling
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or reshipment
  • Requests made after the 30-day window


2. Refund or Reshipment Process

If your request is approved, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

If you are eligible for a refund or reshipment, please make sure to include clear photo or video evidence showing the issue when submitting your request. 

Applications without supporting evidence may not be processed.

  • For reshipment requests, you must provide a valid shipping address in your application so we can arrange reshipment.
  • For refund requests, the refund will be processed after approval and issued to your original payment method. 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@lmjpshop.com.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional information may be required for verification.

 

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

If you do not agree with this Return & Exchange Policy, you may choose to purchase through our Amazon store for an alternative shopping experience.

Please note that for Amazon purchases, we are unable to provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or reshipment through this website. However, you are welcome to contact us here for product usage guidance or other general after-sales support.
